Our Commitment to You and Your Pet
At Fur The Love Mobile Grooming, we strive to provide every client and pet with a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience. To help ensure smooth appointments and maintain the highest level of care, please take a moment to review our policies below.
Appointment Policy
We operate by appointment only. Please be ready for your pet’s scheduled grooming time. If we arrive and are unable to access your pet within 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and our no-show fee will apply.
Recurring appointments (monthly or bi-monthly) are strongly encouraged to maintain your pet’s coat health and guarantee availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens! However, because mobile grooming appointments are reserved exclusively for your pet, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $40 per pet.

Same day cancellations and No-shows (if we arrive and are unable to groom your pet) will be charged the full estimated service amount.
We appreciate your understanding, as short-notice cancellations directly impact our groomers and other clients waiting for openings.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards.
Returned or declined payments will incur a $25 service fee.
Pet Health & Safety Policy
Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral issues before the appointment.
We cannot groom pets who are:

Aggressive or unsafe to handle

Sedated or under medical treatment that may interfere with grooming

Carrying contagious illnesses, fleas, or parasites
If fleas are discovered during the grooming process, a mandatory $30 remediation fee will be applied to your service and your dog will be treated with a natural flea & tick shampoo. Severe cases will be turned away and rescheduled after vet intervention.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, and pet details) is kept strictly confidential and used only to schedule and manage appointments. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
